General Terms and Conditions
- Goods and Items we supply to you according to the proforma invoice or order list.
- You are not entitled to set off against or deduct from the Price any sums You claim We owe You.
- Buying of Our goods means you accept our terms and conditions, and is not irrevocable.
- We reserve the right to review our terms and conditions of partnership at any time.
- Any change to our terms and conditions do not apply to prior or current orders.
- We are under no liability for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) You suffer arising out of a breach of our terms and conditions.
Pricing and Payment Method
- We quote all prices on USD.
- We reserve the right to change the exchange rate from the preliminary proforma to the proforma invoice, depends on time of order settlement fluctuations.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our Prices do not include ocean freight, insurance and international delivery charges.
- Payment System, with Down Payment System. We require a 50% deposit to start the production of your order.
- Remaining 50% balance payment should be done before We load your Goods for shipment/delivery.
Cancelation and Refunds
- We do not accept or change your order after We received the deposit.
- We do not accept cancellation or refund on custom made Goods.
- There is no refund if you’d still want to cancel your order.
Goods Availability and Production Time
- Our furniture are all made to order with production time approximately 8 weeks; excluding production queue.
- We are open to any adjustments of our design and custom order, but might take approximately 12 weeks; excluding. Production queue.
- Change of upholstery fabric or finishes is not a custom order.
- Goods ordered will be delivered after full payment is received.
- No warranty or any guarantees, only for factory mistake – refering to the agreed proforma invoice.
- In the case of defects by factory mistake, we will replace the Goods, free of charge and at no extra cost on the repairment.
- Natural flaws and imperfections in wood are not damages or defects.
- Leather natural variations in color and veining do not constitute damages or defects.
- Due to the variety of resolution on different screens and monitors, some slight color variation is also
- Unless agreed on the writing, it is client’s responsibility for the delivery cost between Semarang port, or RÜSTERS Bali Showroom.
- If We agree to deliver your Goods, we will make every reasonable effort to keep to delivery schedules.
- Goods will be covered in plastic and packed in cupboard box accordingly.
- We will charge extra fee for wooden crate, and/or any special packing you require.
- You should inspect all the Goods upon delivery and denote any damages or defects (by factory mistake) on the delivery ticket (bill of lading).
- If see any problem, you should send us photographs showing the Goods with defects within 1 month after unloading your container.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by any third party during loading, shipment, and unloading of your container.
